It is a three-day residential symposium held at Clare College, Cambridge, focusing on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability. The event features keynote speeches, panel discussions, fireside chats, and “best practice” sharing from leading global companies.

The event is open to leaders involved in sustainability and ESG roles, including VPs of Sustainability, Chief Sustainability Officers, Governance Directors, General Counsels, Heads of HR, CSR specialists, and other senior management positions related to sustainability.

Full registration covers three days of presentations, panel discussions and fireside chats. All social events are included, e.g. formal dinners, historic tour, and winter punting as well as accommodation at Clare College including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Day tickets are available for those who cannot attend all three days, and they include lunch and dinner.

Cambridge is well-connected by both air and rail. You can reach Cambridge from London by a fast train (45 minutes), and it is easily accessible from Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted airports. Taxis are available from Cambridge Railway Station to Clare College. Limited parking is available at Clare College by prior arrangement. Please contact the symposium office to make the necessary arrangements.

In addition to the core program, attendees can enjoy formal dining, a winter punting experience, a guided tour of Cambridge, and a sustainable architecture tour.

The symposium will be held from 14-16 April 2025 at Clare College, Cambridge, United Kingdom. Clare College is one of the oldest colleges in Cambridge and provides an inspiring setting for the event.

While the symposium is open to members of the ‘Leaders for a Sustainable Future’ (LSF) network, membership is free, and you will automatically be invited to join upon registering for the symposium.
